3–6 yrs

Early Development

Where it all begins.

Our Early Development programme introduces toddlers and young children to the joy of movement. Sessions are play-based and structured to build confidence, spatial awareness, balance, and co-ordination — laying the physical and psychological foundations for a lifetime of sport.

Foundation & Progression

Building the gymnast inside.

As children grow, so do the demands of the sport. The Foundation & Progression programme introduces structured skill development across all apparatus. Gymnasts build strength, flexibility, and technique in a supportive environment, with pathways available into recreational or pre-competitive streams.

  • Full apparatus exposure (floor, bars, beam, vault)

Competitive Pathway

Train like a champion.

For athletes with the ambition to compete, our Competitive Pathway programme provides intensive training under our expert coaching staff. Gymnasts are prepared for provincial, national, and continental competition through periodised training plans, targeted conditioning, and mental skills development.

Inclusive & Adapted Gymnastics

Gymnastics for every body.

We believe every child deserves access to gymnastics. Our Inclusive programme offers adapted sessions for athletes with autism spectrum disorder, learning differences, and physical disabilities. Sessions are co-facilitated with occupational therapists and follow a sensory-friendly format.

Adult Recreational Gymnastics

Move. Stretch. Belong.

You don't need to have been a gymnast as a child to join us. Our adult recreational programme welcomes anyone 18+ who wants to explore gymnastics for fitness, flexibility, stress relief, or sheer enjoyment. Sessions cover basic skills, apparatus familiarity, and movement fundamentals in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.

Gymnastics for Fitness

Strength. Mobility. Control.

This programme uses gymnastics conditioning as a vehicle for building functional strength, exceptional mobility, and body awareness. If you're an active adult looking for a training method that challenges both body and mind, this is the class for you. No gymnastics background required — just a willingness to work.

Adult Competitive Programme

Rediscover your competitive edge.

For adults with a gymnastics background who want to return to training and competition. We cater for the Masters gymnastics category and work with athletes preparing for Gymnastics South Africa adult competitions. This programme requires prior gymnastics experience and is invitation / assessment based.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book a trial class first?
Yes — we encourage all new gymnasts to attend a free trial session so we can assess the best programme fit. Contact us to schedule one.
What should my child wear?
A fitted leotard for girls, or fitted shorts and a t-shirt for boys. No loose clothing, jewellery, or socks on the apparatus.
Are fees monthly or per term?
Fees are billed per term (4 terms per year). A registration fee applies for new members. Contact us for the current fee schedule.
Is there a waiting list?
Popular sessions can fill up. We recommend registering early, especially for the Early Development and Competitive Pathway programmes.
